Hi, I'm Randy Narkir. I am an Elder Law Attorney


Randy Narkir, a South Florida native, practices Elder Law (including Medicaid Planning and Special Needs Trusts), Estate Planning (wills and trusts), Guardianship, Probate and Exploitation, Fraud and Abuse law. My office is located in Coral Gables, Florida. I provide legal advice to my clients in person, over the telephone, by FaceTime or Skype; or I will come to you. Mr. Narkir was ranked number six in his law school graduating class, received three CALI Excellence [Book] Awards, and was on the Dean's List six times. His legal research on eminent domain earned him a nomination from FIU's faculty for a university-wide award that recognizes student-employees for their contributions to the University. He was also a teaching assistant for FIU College of Law's writing and research program, and he served as the Vice President of the College of Law's Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section. Mr. Narkir sits on the board of directors of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation South Dade Branch; both the Agency Support Commitee and Alper JCC subcommitee for GMJF; the executive board of Young Israel of Kendall; and contributes to various community organizations. He is also a member of the Elder Law and Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Sections of the Florida Bar. He and his wife Hanney welcomed their first child in April, 2014. He loves the outdoors, is an avid photographer, and spends his free time with his family and friends.
